Appearence: Short,slightly wavy,sandy blond or medium blond hair tied up with either Green,Red,or Black ribbon made of the finest silk. Not too skinny but not too chubby either. slightly bigger bust than the average female.Emerald Green/Jungle green eyes. Her mouth is sometimes curved like a cat. Belgium's skin is slightly paler than Netherlands' skin.
Personality: She is really goofy,but lady-like at times. When she is having a serious talk with someone,she stays orderly,patient,and calm.
Belgium is also motherly towards close friends and relatives.She rarely ever gets mad,but when she is,she usually gives the cold shoulder or silently hisses, as well as being borderline horrifying . She also loves to slightly tease people and be a neat freak. Casually likes to talk about the arts or food, or what's going on in the world. She can be chatty about financial problems of the world
Sometimes Belgium could be seen in her bedroom or her office,thinking about the same dream that has been bothering her for decades but alas, only time will tell when she will open up.
She loves to tour around and sight see, to the point of almost a months worth of stay.
Companions: Minny,she is her pet baby pig,who always follows her around the house. Because she is so used to seeing Belgium every day, she follows her around as much as she can. Although she can be shy and likes to stay home. Minnie has a big red ribbon on her head.
Tempest,he is a Eurasian Peregrine Falcon.He is an endangered falcon located in Belgium's garden.When there is trouble,he swoops down onto Belgium's arm, and on command, dive bombs into others. Strangely enough for being a falcon,he would never dare hurt Minny,or anyone Belgium is familiar with<small(cough cough except Romano cough)</small> .He is very loyal to the both of them.

Charlotte awoke into nothingness.
It's that time again.
"Hello? Hello? Whats going on?!
Charlotte could hear nothing. Not a sound, a peep, a whisper.
But she was not alone. Not one bit.
" Its happening again...isn't it?" she pondered.
"I know! I can just wake up right? It is simply a dream, like the doctors said..." she concluded.
But she could not. She cannot. It has been ten or so minutes of pinching,blinking,walking.
But nothing had changed.
Suddenly she noticed a presence behind her. She turned around as if she was a deer on headlights.

(( Guys,I am so so SO sorry that i just left suddenly. Life has taken over and I completely forgot about this amazing account. And I'm not gonna lie,I was to de-activate it but then I forgot.I recently got back into Hetalia,and I'm thinking of doing a complete remake of lil' Belgie here.
